Midtown Square is located in the heart of Seattle’s historic Central District at 23rd & East Union with 432 mixed income apartments, and 28,000 square feet of commercial retail space designated for local, minority-owned businesses. Approximately 30% of the apartment homes are qualified as “affordable” housing. Also included is one of the largest privately run public arts projects in the PNW region, featuring a range of relevant and diverse local artists unique to the Central Area community.
