Sequim Civic Center
For this project, we were asked to provide exterior and interior signs as part of the new 35,000 sf facility that opened in 2015 for the City of Sequim Civic Center. The building houses the Police Station, City Hall and a community plaza.

Batik Apartments
We were contracted to work on Batik Apartments, a new build residential apartment building in the revitalized Yesler Terrace section of Seattle (positioned in between Capitol Hill and Pioneer Square neighborhoods). We worked from an existing design package of highly custom ADA Code signage, unit signage (both interior and exterior), common area identifications, interior wayfinding, cut vinyl and parking. All signs were fabricated using high-end accents and materials to match the aesthetic of the overall building appearance.

Liberty Bank Building
Liberty Bank Building, built on the site of the first African American-owned bank in the Pacific Northwest, provides 115 affordable homes and affordable retail space for three local minority-owned businesses in Seattle’s Central District neighborhood. The building is located at 24th & Union, and features a full range of aesthetically unique and functional architectural elements and signage.

Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center (Gonzaga Univ.)
Evergreen was selected as the sign vendor for the new state-of-the-art Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center facility located on the campus of Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. A full interior and exterior package will be completed in Spring 2019.

SR 99 Tunnel Project
The SR99 Tunnel Project signage system is large in scope and volume. We provided detailed shop drawings for a wide range of oversized stencil graphics, rigid signs, and cut vinyl; communicated with construction project managers for approvals; sourced materials for each set of signage; and set production schedules to meet aggressive installation goals.
